P402 Asbestos Surveyor Location: London Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Sector: Commercial and Residential Properties We are looking for an experienced P402 Asbestos Surveyor to join our growing team in London. If you are an asbestos professional with a passion for quality and safety, this could be the ideal role for you! Key Responsibilities: * Conduct asbestos surveys in line with HSG264 standards on commercial and residential properties. * Carry out management and refurbishment/demolition surveys. * Produce accurate reports and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Advise clients on asbestos management and provide recommendations based on findings. Requirements: * P402 qualification (or equivalent) is essential. * Experience in conducting asbestos surveys in both commercial and residential properties. * Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and safety standards. * Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills. * Full UK driving license.
