Project Manager Northampton (Hybrid Working) Permanent One of the world’s most highly renowned financial institutions and UK’s top Banks are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to work within the company’s Digital Banking and Innovation Capability, located in Northampton. As PM you will be supporting a complex and dependent set of Branch technology initiatives whilst managing multiple work streams and component teams across the bank’s Payments Division. Project Manager Responsibilities include: • Defining and delivering multiple projects to plan/scale • Develop and maintaining effective relationships with Technical teams, ensuring the delivery of applications are on time and meet all cost/quality measure • Ensuring that all governance, risk policies, procedures and compliance policies are met • Scoping, planning, budgeting and forecasting Essential Project Manager Experience: • Must have previous and significant PM experience within Financial Services, Fin-Tech or Banking. • Project management qualification with experience of managing a portfolio of projects (£500K - £2M cash per annum) in a complex organisation • Delivering programs in an onshore and offshore development model • Software development methodologies, Waterfall and Agile • Tools such as Jira and Confluence • Full Microsoft Office suite; expert in Excel, PowerPoint Desirable Project Manager Experience: • Agile, Scrum Master Certifications • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience within FS/Banking related fields Project Manager Benefits Package: • Salary Up to £90,000 • Annual Variable Bonus (5-20%) • 10% Pension • 25 Days Holiday Entitlement (Buy or sell Up to 5 Days) • Private Medical Cover • Excellent Training & Development • Company Share Options • Flexible working post Covid (Likely 2 days in Northampton office per week) *This role cannot provide sponsorship for any candidate at this time, please consider this when applying!* Project Manager Northampton (Hybrid Working) Permanent
