We do so in order to develop more sustainable and technologically advanced vehicles that are also adapted to the new needs and requirements of their passengers.As part of this transformation, Antolin is committed to a sustainable business model that focuses on and creates value for all its stakeholders, including its customers, employees, investors, suppliers, and society as a whole.Mission:As a Logistics Analyst, you will utilise your SAP and EDI expertise to manage schedule integration for key customers, ensure daily SAP maintenance, correct errors, set up new parts, handle engineering changes, and proactively manage customer accounts to address issues and optimise order fluctuations.Responsibilities:Customer account management: - Customer status (daily red table) - stock vs. customer demand shortage management - Container management - ensure empty containers available for production - Customer contact - daily liaison with customer - SAP / Paperwork & label collation to ensure correct product sent - ASN management - ensure ASN sent accurate and on time - Daily Stock reporting for LMG plant - Creation of assembly & production plans based on customer requirements, for use in Production - ATB base price calculation and final orders management with the production and customers- Processing customers ad-hoc replacement orders (JLR – One Stops, Re - orders), reporting internally and externally - Engineering Change management - Co-ordination with CustomersAftermarket account management:- EDI integration of demand and ensure on time supply- Material Planning using SAP - order all aftermarket components-Portfolio management - ensure correct lead-time / MOQ being ordered by customer & prices- Customer contact - daily liaison with customer (potentially out of hours) What we are looking for:Experience in a logistics role within the automotive or transport industry. Familiarity with SAP and MRP systemsStrong internal and external customer facing skillsAbility to communicate effectively with various departments. Ability to identify strategic opportunities and develop initiatives that generate a positive impact on the business. Ability to analyse data and turn it into useful information for decision-making.
