Sales & Operations Business Leader ·        £60,000 - £65,000 per year (depending on experience) ·        Permanent position, working 39 hours per week at the company’s site in Ashford ·        Employment benefits include a bonus structure (up to £9K per year), car allowance scheme, and 30 days holiday per year (22 + bank holidays) Are you ready to take on a dynamic leadership role where you can make a real impact? We're looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Business Leader to lead the growth of our Ashford site, supporting a team of around 20 employees. If you have a passion for driving commercial success, developing high-performing teams, and are skilled in operational management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. About the Role In this role, you'll be responsible for shaping the commercial development strategy and overseeing both the sales and operational functions. Reporting to the UK Director, you’ll manage strategic accounts, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the smooth running of the Ashford site. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing sales strategies to capture new market opportunities. Managing key accounts and driving major client acquisitions. Supporting and mentoring the team, ensuring performance goals are met. Overseeing the financial performance, including budget management. Leading operational efficiency while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fostering positive team morale. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a proactive and strategic thinker with: A background in sales and operations management (5-10 years’ experience preferred). Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Commercial acumen and an understanding of international trade. Excellent organisational skills and proficiency with IT tools and e-commerce platforms. Ability to analyse and manage P&L reports. Knowledge of French is a bonus, but not essential.
