Superior Healthcare is urgently recruiting experienced Care Assistants and Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting a client with complex care needs in their family home in Tewkesbury. As a Community Support Worker, you will join our complex care team and work long-term with one or a small number of clients. Plus, benefit from a fixed rota and the option of overtime. Role Overview: Our client is a young male with cerebral palsy, along with hearing and sight impairments. As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in our client’s daily life, assisting with medication management, moving and handling, and personal care. You will work alongside a registered nurse and a second support worker, providing care as a team.We are committed to your success and will provide comprehensive, paid clinical training to ensure you’re equipped to meet our client’s needs confidently. Our experienced team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors will offer continuous support and guidance as you grow in your role. What can we offer care assistants?  We support care assistants who want to grow their skills and progress within the company! Superior Healthcare will provide full, paid classroom-based training when you join us, paid induction shifts, and ongoing supervision support from our in-house team of nurses and supervisors. If a client’s needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you can confidently support their needs and develop your own skills.
