Hello, My client based in Southend is currently in need of 3x Manufacturing Operatives. Manufacturing Operative (Upholstery) - £14.24p/h · You must carry out various manufacturing functions within the Upholstery Manufacturing cell. · To cut parts into complete kits referencing drawings, templates, work instructions and/or samples. · To use a selection of small hand tools. · Have experience of working in Upholstery and Manufacturing environment. · Ability to read drawings Manufacturing Operative (Paint Sprayer) - £13.73p/h * To mask and de-mask piece parts and assemblies, * To part mark painted items, * To spray top coat paint, * To spray powder coat, * To spray primer, Manufacturing Operative (Surface Treatment Plant) - £12.11p/h · To assist in all the processes related to the Surface Treatment Plant (STP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) · Experience in anodising, surface treatment or chemical processes · Experience in minor assembly · Mechanical Engineering Knowledge# · Able to Read Engineering Drawings Metric & Imperial Use of hands tools and measuring equipment Manufacturing Operative (Fabrication) – £12.80 p/h · To carry out assembly tasks on minor mechanical assemblies. · To deburr a variety of components. · To countersink and crop a variety of detailed precision sheet metal components. · To punch and form precision sheet metal components using a fly press WORKING HOURS: Permanent, Full-Time, 39 Hours: Mon – Thurs: 8:00 – 17:00 (30 mins lunch) Fri: 8:00 – 13:00 (no lunch) BENEFITS: * Health Care Cash Plan* * Contributory Pension Scheme for eligible employees * Employee Assistance Programme* * 24 days holiday (in addition to UK Bank and public holidays) * Life Assurance * Company Sick Pay Scheme* * Free access to a local gym * Free car parking * Early finish on Fridays * Flexible Working * Sports & Social Club * Onsite Café facilities PLEASE REPLY WITH AN UP TO DATE CV TO BE CONSIDERED.
