Category Manager (IT and Professional Services)

Salary c. £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance

2 days a week in the office (London)

JSS Search have partnered with a healthcare organisation in London to recruit a Category Manager (Indirects)

Role:

• Report into the Head of Procurement to provide contractual and procurement management advice to the wider organisation
• Deliver end-to-end procurement activity (from market research through to tendering & award, and subsequent contract & supplier management
• Supplier relationship management including tracking KPIs and holding quarterly review meetings
• Manage competitive IT & professional services tenders (includes: marketing, vending, catering and food, uniforms, fleet management and ICT)
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and facilitate opportunities for technology innovation
• Writing ITT documentation and running tenders through the company eProcurement platform

Desirable person requirements:

• Member, or studying towards CIPS
• ICT category experience
• Knowledge of UK/EU procurement regulations
