Job Title: Estimator - Architectural Steel

Location: Watford

Salary 50,000 - 55,000

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Estimator with expertise in architectural steel to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed cost estimates, managing tenders, and liaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate estimates for architectural steel projects.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs and adjust estimates accordingly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in estimating within the architectural steel sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software and construction drawings.
