Role Summary As a HGV1 driver to this client, you will be required to transport construction materials to various sites across the Midlands using curtain siders, long and boxed trailers, with palletised goods. This role offers on going work with plenty of overtime and flexibility. There is no weekend work required; all shifts are Monday - Friday! PAYE Pay rates HGV1 Monday - Friday Days 06:00 - 17:59 £15.00 Monday - Friday Nights 18:00 - 05:59 £16.00 PAYE Pay rates HGV1 (rolled up holiday) Monday - Friday Days 06:00 - 17:59 £16.81 Monday - Friday Nights 18:00 - 05:59 £17.93 Umbrella option also available on request Shift start times available 04:00 - 08:00 16:00 - 20:00 Benefits Minimum 8 hours guaranteed daily Breaks paid Regular work and job security Excellent rates of pay Pension scheme Requirements HGV1 license - Minimum of 12 months experience required Full HGV1 licence with no more than six points for minor endorsements Digital Tacho and Driver Qualification Cards A good understanding of Drivers hours, regulations, and Working time directive Excellent geographical knowledge Customer focused attitude.
