They are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a continental shift pattern in return for a salary in the region of £46,000 - £49,900 along with overtime opportunity and additional training and development. Key Responsibilities include: * Resolve breakdowns, reduce downtime, and improve plant reliability * Support the maintenance and wider team in working together to solve problems to keep our facility moving * Approximately 20% of the time you will be working in a cold environment – approximately minus 18 degrees – just like working in the freezer; but we provide full PPE including coats ,hats and boots * At times work at height using safety harness Qualifications & Experience required: * Qualified NVQ level 3 or apprenticeship equivalent with electrical & mechanical experience * Extensive knowledge and experience in the field of mechanics, electrical engineering and control engineering * Knowledge of and experience with PLC and PC controlled fully automatic logistic transport systems This position is commutable from; Bury, Hopwood, Pimhole, Redvales, Sudden, Bamford Relevant Job Titles: Maintenance Engineer, Shift Engineer, Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Shift Technician, Maintenance Fitter All applicants must live in the UK and be eligible to work and live in the UK.
