SSQ is Partnering with a US Private Practice in their search for an experienced Real Estate Finance Paralegal. Responsabilities of this role include.

• Working closely with Associates/Senior Members of the team.
• Covering a range of corporate and commercial real estate matters.
• Drafting, negotiating, and completing various agreements, licences, and side letters.
