Head of Health & Safety - London / Hybrid Working - Media & Events - £Excellent + Package.

We are seeking a strategic thinker to take on the role of Head of Health & Safety for our client in the vibrant Media, Events, and Entertainment sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Safety Management: Maintain, review, and enhance all aspects of our safety management systems.
Creative Safety Solutions: Review creative briefs, proposals, and projects to advise on effective management controls and risk assessments.
Training & Development: Promote practical risk management by developing and delivering accredited and in-house training.
Policy Implementation: Create and enforce robust health and safety, fire, and safeguarding policies and procedures.
Assurance Monitoring: Conduct assurance monitoring of premises, contractors, content creation, promotional activities, and events.
Emergency Preparedness: Develop comprehensive emergency response plans for both on-site and off-site activities.
Legislation Monitoring: Stay ahead of new and upcoming safety legislation in the UK and EU to ensure compliance.
Culture Building: Foster a group-wide culture of safety, security, and health.

Qualifications:
Experience: Significant experience in health and safety management and advisory roles, preferably within the media, events, and entertainment industry.
Expertise: In-depth knowledge of health & safety and fire regulations, risk management principles, and insurance practices.
Credentials: NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and Chartered Member of IOSH (or working towards).
