Finance Asset Associate

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an Associate to join the Energy Transition Finance team. In this role, you'll engage with clients across the renewable energy and decarbonization sectors, providing critical project finance solutions and strategic insights. You'll be instrumental in structuring, financing and advising on projects that drive the shift to a low-carbon economy. This role demands expertise in detailed credit analysis, along with conducting comprehensive technical and legal due diligence. You will play a crucial role in presenting proposed transactions to management and the credit committee, and assist in the ongoing management of booked assets. Your responsibilities will also include supporting client acquisition efforts by developing marketing materials and coordinating with internal product teams. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in project finance - specifically in energy Skilled in analysis and credit assessment for project finance transactions Some experience in project finance DCF modeling ideal but not required
