Address daily challenges, identifying bottlenecks and resolving potential issues. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring full engagement in the change process. Highlight and allocate resources to key areas to drive measurable improvements. Serve as the go-to expert for all Continuous Improvement and process enhancement initiatives. Process map the site to unlock further efficiencies and streamline operations. What We’re Looking For: A strong background in Continuous Improvement or Factory Management, ideally within the food industry or FMCG. A deep understanding of manufacturing in high-pressure, target-driven environments. A team-focused leader with a proven track record in driving collaborative cultures and engaging stakeholders. Project management expertise with a proactive, action-oriented approach. A performance-driven, self-motivated individual who thrives on delivering results.
