IT Recruitment Delivery Partner - BRISTOL - Hybrid workingAre you looking for an opportunity where you can take advantage of the experience you have already gained?We have an opportunity for a Delivery consultant with 1 - 3 years experience to support on multiple global clients delivering to cross sector IT contract and permanent roles. This opportunity is a chance for an ambitious individual to accelerate their career to the next level.Due to our roaring success, we can provide you with the platform to work in a fun, busy and motivating environment where you will have the opportunity to earn £50,000 OTE in your 1st year and realistically £70,000 OTE in year 2.This role would suit someone who is highly organised, emotionally intelligent & able to work upon numerous concurrent vacancies. Delivery consultants tend to be extremely busy firing candidates across to multiple roles and, most excitingly, they often do the most deals!The current team are very inclusive, supportive and we drive a collaborative culture where work and life balance is really important.Key responsibilities include:Meeting with Senior stakeholdersManaging end to end recruitment processesCandidate generation utilising differing job boards, LinkedIn and social mediaWriting job descriptions & managing external adverts to generate candidate applicationsScheduling interviews and thereafter prepping candidates, ascertaining feedback & providing this to the clientOffering successful candidates the position and providing feedback to those that are unsuccessfulAchieving agreed targets for candidate generation, interviews and placements/billingsLogging all correspondence on the company database ensuring all information is both accurate and relevantAbility to work on both contract/temporary and permanent vacanciesKey Traits of a Delivery partnerConfident and assertive over the phoneHighly organised and meticulousTarget driven and tenaciousA good communicator who is emotionally intelligent & personableAbout usAt Maclean Moore we are a family with a supportive and competitive culture, working together to bring out the best in each other and believe it’s important to bring each other up.
