Private Client Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive

Our client is a Legal 500 law firm looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive to join their busy team in their Blandford office. This is an excellent opportunity to join this expanding team. Areas of focus will include: Wills drafting Court of Protection / LPA Estate Planning Trust set up and administration Duties will include: Independently managing own varied caseload of private client matters. Responsibility for providing high quality, timely, professional advice on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Planning. Promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated. Proactively networking and marketing within the team to generate new business and reputation. Attending clients in their own environment as required. Responsibility for mentoring and assisting more junior team members. Maintaining good billings records within the team. Desired skills: Fee earning experience essential within Private Client with at least 3 years PQE. Proven track record of meeting targets. Have strong interpersonal skills. STEP is desirable but not essential. Business development and networking skills. What they offer: Salary dependent on experience £40,000 - £50,000 Good bonus scheme.
