Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be partnering with one of our fast-growing clients in Wetherby as they look to appoint a Term Time only HR Advisor on a permanent basis. This is a newly created HR Advisor role, where you will report into and work closely with the Head of HR supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR function and supporting the wider HR Team across 39 weeks during school term time. This includes managing the employee life cycle, supporting with Employee Relations issues and building relationship with key stakeholders.
