Agents Assistant - Talent Agency (Brighton)

Key Responsibilities: Liaising with artists, managers, promoters, and production management on all aspects of show/tour administration Creating and issuing artist show contracts Creating and updating full artist touring schedules, liaising with management and tour managers Handling a large volume of emails and answering calls Booking Agent travel Maintaining and updating booking system with data entry / Updating database records Attending shows and festivals to represent the company Collating ticket sales information and passing onto the relevant parties Supervise tour artwork and announcements Developing relations with managers/artists/venues/promoters Requirements: Previous experience as an Agent's Assistant with knowledge of the live music industry Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail Presentable as dealing with high profile clients Ability to work efficiently and under pressure Have a keen interest in new music and have an ear to the ground This is a Brighton Based role and is full time in the office.
