Cover Supervisor

Job Title: Cover Supervisor Location: Rotherham Salary: £95 to £120 per day Start: ASAP  Are you driven by a passion for education and ready to make a lasting impact on students' lives? As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment, delivering pre-set lessons, and ensuring students stay engaged and on task. Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor: Supervise students during teacher absences and ensure their engagement in classroom. Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects. Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. Support students in completing their work to the best of their ability. Report on class progress and any issues to teaching staff. Requirements of the Cover Supervisor: Experience working as a Cover Supervisor in classroom setting is desired. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Confidence in supervising and engaging with students. Ability to follow pre-set lesson plans and instructions. Flexibility and adaptability to cover various subjects. A passion for education and supporting students' learning progress Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
