Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational functions, including product development, customer service, and risk management, ensuring secure and seamless payment transactions. Customer Experience: Advocate a customer-centric approach, utilizing customer feedback and data-driven insights to continuously improve user experience and satisfaction. Financial Management: Lead financial performance initiatives through effective budget management, revenue optimization, and identifying new revenue streams. Identify and build strategic partnerships with stakeholders across various sectors, including retail, hospitality, travel groups, sporting clubs, home rental businesses, financial institutions, technology providers, and regulatory bodies. Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth. Act as a hands-on leader committed to developing the company’s talent pool. Deep understanding of payment technologies, regulatory frameworks, and market trends. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience and desire to be involved in the launch of consumer technology product/service (web/app/software/SaaS etc).
