Join us and play a pivotal role in recruiting top-tier white-collar property professionals for leading consultancies, developers, and contractors.What You’ll DoAs a Recruitment Consultant with us, you'll tackle a variety of exciting responsibilities, including:Identifying Business Opportunities: Proactively seeking out new business leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build strong client relationships.Connecting with Clients and Candidates: Engaging in meaningful conversations to understand the needs of both clients and candidates.Matching Talent to Opportunities: Pairing candidates with roles that align with their skills and aspirations, ensuring a perfect fit for both parties.Advertising Roles: Crafting compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract the best talent in the market.Coordinating the Recruitment Process: Managing interviews, offers, and placements with precision using our in-house systems.Building Long-term Relationships: Cultivating and nurturing relationships with HR professionals, Talent teams, Directors, and Line Managers.Client and Candidate Meetings: Conducting meetings both virtually and in person to strengthen relationships and ensure the best outcomes.What We’re Looking ForWe’re searching for individuals who bring more than just experience:Experience in Recruitment, B2B Sales, or Property Sales: You’re familiar with sales or recruitment and feel comfortable navigating a professional and target-driven environment.Consultative Approach: You’re not just about making placements; you offer genuine advice and build trust.Relationship Building Skills: You’re a natural at connecting with people and building rapport.Organised and Multitasking Expert: Juggling multiple tasks comes naturally to you.Drive and Ambition: You’re motivated by targets and have a strong desire to succeed.Team Player with a Sense of Humour: We believe in working hard and having fun along the way.Tech Savvy: Proficient in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and various internet applications.What’s in It for You?Joining Hunter Dunning means becoming part of a dynamic, supportive, and rewarding environment.
