Production Manager - Liverpool

Production Manager Basic £38,000 OTE £45,000+ Accident Repair Centre - Liverpool C&B Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to join a busy and well respected accident repair centre in Liverpool. You will need previous experience working as a Production Manager within the bodyshop environment and a proven track record.  Production Manager Role Overview: •    Assisting the bodyshop manager in running the workshop. •    Attend and participate in performance related management/team meetings •    Establish staff training needs; communicate training requests •    Coordinate and schedule work. •    Ensuring a strong relationship is maintained with the parts department to maximise parts availability. •    Liaising with other Managers to ensure all responsibilities are covered on a daily basis. Production Manager Requirements: •    Experience working as a Production Manager within a accident repair centre. •    Proven track record. •    Stable Career history. •    Full driving license is required.
