About the role As one of the school's Teaching Assistants, you will:Be part of a team that specialises in the four areas of need.Plan and deliver a robust programme of intervention.Respond to students with immediate and emerging needs to ensure that all are able to access the curriculum, which is their entitlement.Facilitate and evaluate a range of learning experiences that are carefully matched to students' prior learning and current needs.Contribute to the development and implementation of students' individual education plans.Use assessment data to provide feedback, to set learning objectives and to plan further interventions in conjunction with teaching staff.See what it means and feels like to be part of the .This is a 37 hour per week, 39 weeks per year, permanent role.About our Academy At Malcolm Arnold, we ensure that all colleagues are able to draw on the sources of scholarly authority and reservoir of thought and practice that have been developed within their specialist areas.
