Site Manager - Fire Safety and External Projects - Social Housing
Cheltenham / Gloucester
Up to £50,000 + car Allowance + bonus + package
Our Client, one of the largest and fastest growing contractors in the UK, are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their planned works division.
They have recently won a number of new contracts across Cheltenham and Gloucester. Projects that are being delivered include fire door replacements, fire stopping, roof replacements & window and door renewals These works are being carried out to low and high rise tower blocks and scattered properties.
On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:
- Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives
- Lead the site team to the best of your ability
- Manage delivery of works to specification
- Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff
- Pre & post inspections
- Health & safety & quality checks
My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
