Job DescriptionCLIENT SERVICES MANAGER UP TO 60,000LONDON (HYBRID)THE COMPANYHarnham is working with a boutique market research fieldwork agency that are looking for a new research project manager that will lead research end-end from bid stages through to delivery, The role would be acting as the main point of contact to clients, managing projects, systems and processes for them to ensure the smooth delivery of projects,THE ROLEYou will:Review inbound leads and asses the bid management processManage research projects from kick-off to ensureWriting and reviewing discussion guides and screenersActing as a main point of contact to clients, liaising with them regularly and partnering with them to understand their needs to ensure projects are delivered successfullyLiaise closely with the sales team to enhance their understanding for costing and onboardingOverseeing and delegating project deliveryAllocate bid preparation for projects the team decide to bid onYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEYou will need to have:3+ years Experience in market research fieldworkExperience developing client relationshipsEntrepreneurial spiritStrong organisational and commnication skillsTHE INTERVIEW PROCESSFirst stage: Teams InterviewSecond stage: Task Interview
