Blackwaters is supporting a global B2B services scale up with thier CFO search We’re searching for an experienced Private Equity CFO to see this business through 300% global growth via a buy and build strategy and through to exit in 2026. Deliverables: Work with the main board and investors to execute group financial, commercial and operational growth strategies (organic and acquisitive). Create a best-in-class finance function, with an emphasis on accurate reporting, systems, controls, and working capital management. Maximise value via robust commercial analytics; pricing management; and margin improvement strategies. Act as an agent for positive change, promoting efficiency, consistency and collaboration. Deliver a satisfactory exit. Previous experience: Experienced PE CFO who has seen multiple high-growth scenarios. Background in M&A/Buy & Build – including integration. Finance Transformation. Management of diverse products and international markets. B2B services experience. Track record of delivering value, via strategic and commercial initiatives. Significant external stakeholder management experience (customers, investors etc). Demonstrates technical competence in working capital management; financial reporting; controls, systems and tax planning. Hands-on business partner, providing high quality decision support data.
