Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Sales Executive located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Showroom Sales Executive will be responsible for showcasing and selling Liang & Eimil's unique designs, assisting trade customers in our showroom, and managing product inquiries. Additionally, the role involves participating in exhibitions and in-house events to promote the brand with following responsibilities:


  • Greeting visitors within our showroom, answering questions and interacting in a professional and responsible manner.
  • Ensuring the Showroom is presented in the correct way, maintaining a high standard.
  • Be a proactive member of the sales team, able to communicate, care and uphold standard both front and back of house.
  • Communicate with our B2B customers regarding orders by email and placed via website.
  • Enter orders, delivery and collections information are allocated accurately and efficiently into the company system and communicate these to customers.
  • Actively pursue upselling and cross-selling during the communication process with customers. Alternative options should always be offered to customers for out-of-stock items.
  • Ensure any changes to customer orders in lead time or regarding deliveries are clearly communicated in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the timely dispatch of company catalogues or samples to customers.
  • Regularly follow up unpaid or uncollected orders as per procedures in to constantly improve the sales conversion rate and time.
  • Answering all sales phone calls and enter customer data into system.
  • Replying all sales enquiries and actively communicating with account managers for further sales opportunities.
  • Generate sales leads and opportunities to develop more sales with accounts managers.

KPIs


  • All visits to be recorded on CRM system and passed to Account Managers.
  • All orders received before 3pm on a workday should be processed and acknowledged on the day received.
  • Orders process accuracy.
  • Customer emails and calls to be answered/acknowledged on same day of receiving.
  • Any messages passed internally to be actioned on the day.
  • Prioritize urgent tasks for customer satisfaction. Ensure that emails are scanned regularly for priorities.
  • Evident Pro-active Problem Solving.
  • Manage and own the company procedures regarding stock reservation, payment chase and stock un-allocation of unpaid orders at all times.



Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Sales experience and ability to showcase and sell luxury products
  • Knowledge of interior design and furniture trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Experience in furniture retail or wholesale sales is a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Relevant degree in Design, Marketing, or Business is preferred
