Night Concierge

Night Concierge Hyde Park, London W2 7pm to 7am 4 on 4 off rota £31,788 Our client is recruiting for a professional Night Concierge to join their team at a well-established high end prime apartment building in Hyde Park. You will work in a team on the night shift taking full responsibility for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and guests at the development and you will be the main point of contact for all queries. In this role, your day-to-day duties may also involve covering the lobby reception with administration duties plus with the emphasis on the monitoring of on-site security at night plus regular fire prevention checks and monitoring. You will be required to build strong working relationships with residents, guests, external contractors and colleagues, conduct regular site inspections, and help to ensure the safety of all residents, guest and staff at the development. The ideal candidate will have significant experience gained within a similar role, previous experience of delivering excellent customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes. The role will also involve valet parking from time to time and therefore candidates need only apply if they have a full clean UK driving licence and are confident driving both automatic and manual vehicles
