Benefits: * Competitive salary and performance bonuses * Health and wellness programs * Paid time off and holidays * Professional development and training opportunities Job Description: As a Stores Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels to meet emergency requirements and optimizing stock levels to ensure efficient operations. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring item turnover, efficiently retrieving parts and equipment, and timely communication of incoming materials to relevant personnel. The Stores Coordinator will manage the access to the stores area to enhance accuracy, reduce material quality errors, and ensure all inventory changes are properly reviewed and signed off. You will also be tasked with monitoring stock-outs, raising purchase requests, and managing works order requests in SAP. Additionally, the Stores Coordinator will support the Preventative Maintenance System by printing downday PM/TBM job cards and will be responsible for validating materials added or removed from the stores system. Regular updates on maintenance cost centres, monthly reporting on stock accuracy, and works order costs will also be part of your role. Skills & Experience: To succeed as a Stores Coordinator, you should have: * Proven experience in inventory management or stores coordination * Proficiency in SAP or similar inventory management systems * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and suppliers Why Should You Apply?
