Company Description At Booked Boutique we're all about helping Boutique Fitness Studios to thrive by bringing more people through their doors and handling their Sales We handle all the inbound enquiries, connecting with prospective new members through phone, email, Whatsapp and SMS. With a view to selling introductory packages and getting everything set up for their first visit! Our mission is simple: let our Clients focus on what they do best - providing an amazing in-person experience: while we've got their backs by taking care of all the Sales tasks. All leads are warm enquiries, no cold calling and with our Sales philosophy based on Exercise Psychology, we're not salesly, we're here to motivate people into action and ensure we respond to their interest fast! Role Description and main functions Admin and Data cleansing Processing Sales and adding new customers to our Clients Membership systems Ensuring the CRM is maintained with 100% accuracy, fixing errors as you spot them Setting up the CRM, copying across notes, creating call drives, identifying the best areas to target for sales Client Onboarding Meeting with new clients to run through the setup process to get them onboarded into our service Creating training videos and guides for the wider team Account Management Liasising with Clients (message and meetings) to ensure their satisfaction with the service Track the success of each Client and create strategies for how to continue to improve performance TeleSales Some individual contributor elements of making calls to respond to new inbound leads whilst on shift Occasional Sales call drives During these calls, enthusiasm and genuine interest in the person making the enquiry will be key. We're passionate about our Clients and the services they offer, so you'll bring that knowledge and spark to every conversation.  Conducting a thorough needs analysis, you'll closely follow our Call Flow to identify goals, importance, timeframe and previous barriers before carrying out the appropriate call-to-action for each client, closing the deal in one interaction! Key Skills Highly organised and tech savvy and great at following process Accomplished with various softwares or a fast learner of software and systems, including but not limited to: Hubspot, Highlevel, Mindbody, Glofox, Outlook, Google Drive, Slack, Zoom, Stripe, Whatsapp (on PC/Mac) Friendly and enthusiastic phone manner, able to follow our call flow and maintain control of conversations by asking the right questions and closing with tenacity in one interaction! Reliability and diligence - equally happy working under direction or set tasks to work through. Able to support colleagues in their client knowledge, liaise with Clients directly and report on Client results internally, with strategies on how to hit targets. Adaptability - you will have a working knowledge of all Clients and be able to effortlessly switch between representing a particular Client on one call, to another Client on the next.
