Clinical Lead Nurse- Learning Disabilities Great Yarmouth – Norfolk Up to £23.70 per hour I am looking for a Clinical Lead to work in a service for adults with a learning disability and complex needs. The service provides care for people with varying levels of need or ability, who would benefit from living in a more peaceful environment. In this role you will: * Work closely with a great team of nurses and carers to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance in the home * Ensure residents receive the best care * Meet residents’ needs through excellent nursing and clinical care * Actively contribute to all clinical delivery For this great Nurse post you will need: * An RNLD or RMN qualification with an active NMC Pin * A strong clinical skillset and the confidence to lead a nursing team * Prior management experience, or experience of leading a small team * The ability to make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure * A passion for promoting best nursing practice and able to train, support and mentor others * A desire to encourage positive working relationships within the team * Strong verbal and written communication skills * A good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC and compliance In return you will receive: * A superb induction program * Annual NMC PIN renewal paid for * Career development and progression * Fully paid DBS * A £2000 Welcome bonus For more information on this role, please call Elite Care on (phone number removed)
