Customer service advisor

One of our clients in Leicester are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. A market leading retail client, this role is a great opportunity to demonstrate your customer service skills and further your career. This role will involve answering calls and emails, managing queries, whilst ensuring the customer is receiving a positive experience. We are looking for someone: Has good customer service skills, having had experience in a similar role. Who can work part of a team and support each other with administration tasks. Good communication skills, particularly over the phone. This is an office-based role, Monday-Friday 9:00-17:30, working 1 in 3 weekends. There is also a part-time position available- 20 hours a week, exact working hours can be discussed at a later date. £24,000 salary plus company benefits. Please get in touch for further details.
