The candidate should have agency experience in a creative consumer business, a proven track record in planning, running, and growing accounts, and a passion for media relations. They offer perks such as unlimited holiday, structured wellbeing support, and private medical insurance.The Role:In this senior role, you will oversee multiple accounts across sectors such as sport, lifestyle/travel/home, and food & beverage/FMCG. The exact clients and team will be chosen based on your experience and interests. Your responsibilities will include working with a Director to help manage and service a team across a range of areas, leading the planning process and activation for communications campaigns, and driving organic growth and opportunities within client teams. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying, leading, and managing new business opportunities, actively contributing to the growth, development, and success of the agency. You will operate with multiple hats, including but not limited to being:A trusted client partnerYou excel in building trusting relationships, collaborating, and contributing to exceptional work. With a strong grasp of client business and industry trends, you drive innovative ideas, ensuring maximum impact for clients. You show excellent instincts and sound strategic judgement, and become the go to person for your clients. Someone who is always looking to improve them and their teamYou will actively contribute to the development of yourself and your team, fostering a diverse and inclusive culture. As someone between the SLT and the account teams, you will advocate for your team, and identify learning and growth opportunities.Someone hungry to grow the team and businessYou will contribute to the financial success of the agency, supporting a Director in overseeing team financials, forecasting, staffing, and scoping client work.
