Product Manager

The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong client relationship skills, capable of guiding clients through the product journey. You will play a crucial role in shaping the product offerings, driving market-driven strategies, and modernising existing solutions to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the product life cycle. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, ensuring our products remain relevant and innovative. Utilise data to inform product decisions and validate assumptions, ensuring that insights drive product development. Develop and maintain product road maps, aligning them with business goals and client requirements. Create and adapt product specifications and documentation to meet the unique needs of clients while ensuring clarity and accessibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product enhancements and modernisation of existing products. Develop pricing models that reflect market trends and client expectations, ensuring profitability while delivering value. Preferred Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager in the software industry, preferably in aviation or related fields. Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships. Experience in developing product road maps and pricing strategies. Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and tools.
