1st Line Support Engineer Salary: £25,000 - £30,000Location: South London / Kent - Onsite We have partnered up with a Large-scale MSP supporting over 200 companies including charities, health work, and global organisations specialising in Cloud Computing, Virtualisation.Responsibilities & Skills:Very comfortable with Networking understanding (TCP/IP, Subnetting, DHCP, Firewalls, Routers and Switches) Understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting (CPU, RAM, Storage etc)Password sharing management with User administration systems (ActiveDirectory, Office 365 Admin management) and Email systems (Microsoft Outlook, Hosted Exchange)Great communication skills - verbal and written Writing and maintaining documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system configurationsExperience writing and maintaining documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system configurationsInterviews are actively taking place this week - Apply now!Note: This opportunity cannot provide sponsorship
