Actuarial Analyst
Summary of the role
Due to rapid growth, we're seeking an Actuary Analyst to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will collaborate with a remote team to service company products, perform complex calculations, and contribute to the evolution of an expanding business. With comprehensive support to complete your actuarial exams, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your skills and career within the industry. What you'll be doing Apply data analysis techniques to investigate and validate complex actuarial models. Interpret actuarial and product information to ensure calculation accuracy. Analyse and gather the necessary data for calculations. Own the resolution of technical issues, working closely with actuarial, IT, product, TCS BaNCS teams, and clients to deliver effective solutions. Update systems and manage bonuses. Support the servicing of company products. What we're looking for Progress towards IFoA qualification exams. 1-2 years of experience in actuarial roles, ideally within Life and Pensions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large data sets under time constraints. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A disciplined, systematic approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with profit policies and unit-linked products. experience with working on unitised with profit products
