You will be required to have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Litigation matters and be able to offer expertise in dispute resolution, contract disputes, debt recovery, and compliance advice.Full management of a complex and varied Commercial and Civil Litigation caseloadDelivering expertise advice to clients and third parties Issue court proceedingsDeal with disclosure and drafting witness statements.Instruct Counsel to attend the trialPrepare trial bundles and all the documentation required by the courtPre- and post-trial duties Advising on Civil litigation & dispute resolution matters where applicableManagement of Paralegals and Support StaffThis position would suit an individual who is able to think strategically and demonstrate strong communication skills. You will need to be able to build strong relationships with clients, providing them with a personalised service that meets their needs.The successful candidate will be expected to possess excellent knowledge of contract law and be able to handle complex matters with confidence.
