Main Duties & Responsibilities:
As a member of the Marketing Communications team at Welland, your role will involve the following key areas:
- Enhance our brand presence through social networks, media, blogs, and newsletters, ensuring all activities align with brand guidelines.
- Create and publish engaging and relevant content, including social media posts, blog articles, tweets, and interactive online messaging.
- Maintain and update the external website as needed and generate reports as required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and third-party agencies to design and produce campaign materials tailored for online audiences.
- Assist in the pre-promotion of tradeshows, exhibitions, seminars, and other events.
- Develop and update newsletters for existing clients, working closely with the sales and consultancy teams to gather, organize, and publish content.
- Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to collect success stories and case studies. Interview clients, transcribe details, and draft content for review.
- Support the management of our internal webpage and assist Global Partners with resource access and utilization.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to achieve company goals and KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to all regulations and specifications within the medical device industry.
About You:
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing marketing campaigns and communication activities, with knowledge of both print and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with creating website content and understanding of SEO principles is preferred.
- Experience with Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop) is an advantage but not essential.
- Ideally experienced in online analytics and SEO.
- Strong eye for detail and high-quality standards.
- Excellent writing skills, particularly for digital channels, with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage tight deadlines.
