Excellent opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a well-established company based in Derby.

Hours: Flexible hours 3 to 5 days per week
The Company:
Established for over 40 years, the company has a wealth of experience in the design and construction of sectional steel tanks and associated disciplines. The company operates in the water industry, all employees were assigned the status of ‘critical worker’ which provided job security with continued operation throughout the recent COVID-19 pandemic.
Due to further growth, they are now looking for Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their team.
Role and responsibilities; but not limited to
* Printing received invoices
* Retrieving on-line invoices
* Collating orders, delivery notes and invoices
* Entering invoices on ClipIT software
* Distribute and monitor invoices for approval
* Scanning and filing
* Booking accommodation
* Supplier approvals
* Answering phone and responding to enquires
Candidate Requirements:
Some purchase ledger experience would be ideal but full training will be provided. Must have good attention to detail and have excellent communication skills.
