Role Overview As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. You’ll be the key driver of our digital marketing strategy, with a strong focus on SEM, SEO, and conversion rate optimisation, working independently to create, execute, and optimise campaigns. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and optimise paid search and social media marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. SEO: Perform on-site and off-site SEO activities, including keyword research, technical audits, and link-building strategies to drive organic traffic growth. Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Conduct A/B testing and analyse customer journeys to improve conversion rates on landing pages and across marketing funnels. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools. Analyse data to drive continuous improvement. Content Optimisation: Provide SEO guidance for content creation and optimisation, ensuring alignment with keyword strategies and SEO best practices. Budget Management: Manage and optimise marketing budgets to maximise return on investment (ROI) across all digital channels. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives, ensuring cohesive messaging and brand consistency. Strategy Development: Define, execute, and refine overall digital marketing strategies to grow user acquisition and customer engagement. Qualifications and Key Skills 4-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically in SEM, SEO, and CRO. Proven experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns with a focus on ROI. In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools. Strong technical SEO skills (on-site optimisation, technical audits, link building). Experience with CRO tools such as Google Optimise, VWO, or Optimizely. Experience in the UK market is required, with an understanding of UK customer behaviour, the competitive landscape, and legal/regulatory factors specific to the UK. Fluent English is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage UK-based campaigns and customer communications. Ability to work independently, take ownership of campaigns, and drive measurable results. Excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, CRO). Knowledge of SaaS marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, and churn rate. Experience with email marketing, automation tools, and content marketing.
