Customer Service Advisor – Cheltenham (Town centre)- £19,500 - £24,500 per annum + bonus No previous experience required! Full training will be provided. We need individuals who have transferable skills and who are willing to learn. Datasource offers a comprehensive 6-week induction training plan followed by internal and external training throughout the course of your career here with us. Apprenticeships and Recruitment/Customer Service training courses are available. Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am – 5pm. This is an office-based role, however hybrid working can be discussed at interview if required. Datasource is a leader in IT and Technical recruitment. Our Values: Accountability | Quality | Expert | Teamwork | Tenacity About you: * Previous Customer Service experience (office, hospitality or retail) * You will be great with people! * A great communicator * Accurate with a keen eye to detail * Hard working and wants to work to targets/KPIs As Customer Service Advisor your Key Tasks will be: * Making 75 calls per day * Answering the telephone * Arranging interview with candidates * Administering Job Specs and posting adverts online * Administering social media (predominantly Linkedin) * Administering and Formatting CVs * Answering phone enquiries * Database administration * Assisting with training where required * Attending and organising events and exhibitions * Processing vetting requests – full training will be provided * Administering QA [Quality Assurance] and GDPR best practices * Facilities and office management * Dealing with visitors and accepting deliveries.
