DevOps Engineer

Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the foundational systems and infrastructure that support our software applications. You will work closely with software engineers, DevOps, and IT teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our platform.Key Skills RequiredDeep knowledge of OpenShift templates, buildconfigs, deploymentconfigs, services, routes, configmaps, Service MeshShould have been part of at least 2 or more large scale cloud/container application rollouts, preferably w/ a vendor core banking solution like FinacleExperience with containers, Kubernetes, Apache Tomcat, Redis, RabbitMQ, Node.js, and RESTful APIsExposure in the areas of Oracle PL/SQL coding/debugging and MQ/NDM/SFTP integrationActive involvement in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native microservices-based containerized applicationsStrong Hands-on experience of CI/CD processes/methodologies and DevSecOps toolsetsExtensive Unix/Linux experience w/ a good grasp on Bash or any shell scripting / Python scriptingResponsibilitiesLead the design/review of Finacle deployment architecture and integration into the bank’s ecosystemReview/evaluate the technical stack / Bill of Materials to assess the suitability/compatibility per bank’s enterprise standards/policies and to take appropriate steps to get the required tech stack components/libraries in placeOwn and drive the closure of any issues/queries w.r.to Finacle installation/deployment/configurationPreparation/review of documents for Root Cause Analysis & ensuring timely resolution for issues pertaining to Finacle installation/deployment/patch managementDevise/manage the automated CI/CD pipeline to bring the vendor product binaries/patches into the bank’s environments (Dev to Test to Production)Design/Develop utilities to provide self service capabilities using java , python or shell scriptingAbout Us:Collabera Digital is a new age digital engineering company delivering unique experiences, actionable insights, and intelligent products & platforms at the intersection of talent & technology.
