You will be working with award winning renowned chef, Dominic Chapman and his dedicated Head Chef in an exciting new offering at The Relais Henley. We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our team. You will have previous experience of working within a kitchen at Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef level, being excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients and regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset with casual, fine dining and events.
