Logistics & Customer Service Administrator   Rochester  23k-25k – salary dependent on experience & attitude Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm Do you have a Logistics and Customer Service background?  Are you passionate about your career and looking for a company where hard work is rewarded? I am currently seeking a well organised, dynamic and committed candidate with a background in Logistics and Customer Service.  This role is an important position within the team and requires a switched on, hard working applicant with the ability to solve problems and work quickly and effectively. You will be an active, hands-on member of the team, dealing with various tasks within the department. Duties for this role include: Processing customer orders  Updating customer portals  Managing credit notes Validating and uploading POD's  General administrative support to line Manager  Liaising with other departments where necessary  Providing support to customers  Assisting with monthly stock takes Booking third party hauliers where necessary  Create postage labels so items are ready for dispatch The successful candidate will have/be: Previous experience working within a similar role ideally from a manufacturing background  Good understanding of supply chain processes  Analytical and a good problem solver  Strong levels of organisation  A team player  Excellent communication skills  This presents an excellent chance to become part of an exciting, growing International organisation.
