Hours; Monday to Friday 0800:1700
We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualities and experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient administrative processes
- Proven administrative skills with the ability to manage registrations and update CRMs adeptly
- A team player who is well-organized and adaptable
- People management
- Previous recruitment is desirable
- Driving licence required
As a Recruitment Resourcer at Quest Employment, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing various administrative tasks with precision and speed, included completion of payroll
- Registering candidates and maintaining up-to-date records in our systems
- Confidently communicating with candidates and clients, building strong relationships
- Demonstrating a professional and friendly attitude at all times
- Monitoring productivity to optimize efficiency
- Manage social media posts
- Approaching problem-solving with a flexible and professional demeanor
