Staffing Match are recruiting for Lounge Host/ess for Heathrow Airport Duties To provide a silver service to all guests who visit the lounge Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time To ensure high standards are maintained with the lounge and food presentation at all time Liaising with Chefs directly to assist with any special requirements To represent the company at a high standard at all times To greet and welcome guests in the lounge Actively looking at ways to assist guests.Requirements Team player Good time management skills Have a good eye to detail Ability to "think outside the box" and work under pressure Actively looking for ways to help passengers and colleagues Be representative, show friendliness and dedication towards guests The ability to communicate at all levels Knowledge of food and beverages One years previous experience is a must.
