Jobs are varied (Fires / Floods / Storms etc.) but all work is within 50 miles of Dartford. They cover the following postcodes: DA / BR / SE / CR / KT / ME / CT / TN / IG / SS / RM Applicants would need to be able to work both on their own (smaller jobs) and also in small teams (larger jobs) undertaking: Neat carpentry works 2nd fix: skirtings, doors, architraves, etc. Fitting (mainly Howdens) kitchens. Installing mitred joints to worktops, routing breakfast bars. Some plastering and decorating skills would be advantageous (as most jobs will need some). All applicants are required to have good communication skills and hold a current driving license. Annual salary of between £34,000 and £36,500 dependent upon skills.
