Account Manager - Inbound Travel, £45k. A leading European Destination Management Company are looking for an experienced Travel Specialist/Account Manager from an Inbound Travel company to join their growing, dynamic team to work on a hybrid basis in their West London Office. Account Manager - Inbound Travel Key Responsibilities;Develop relationships with key accounts and prospective clients to increase revenue and profitability.Manage and convert inbound enquiries into confirmed business, focusing on international markets such as the USA, Canada, Australia, and Portugal.Create tailor-made itineraries, negotiate supplier agreements, and ensure client needs are met efficiently.Oversee bookings and ensure that all details are accurately managed in the back-office system.Coordinate pre-tour preparations and provide support during tours, including an emergency service outside office hours.Work closely with the accounts department for timely invoicing and supplier payments.Benchmark our services against competitors and contribute innovative ideas to the management.Account Manager - Inbound Travel Requirements;Strong understanding of the travel industry, particularly in Europe and the UK.Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development.Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Knowledge of CRM systems and comfort with AI tools is a plus.Enthusiastic, flexible, and goal-driven attitude.Account Manager - Inbound Travel Benefits;Competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 based on experienceCompany pensionCycle to Work Scheme20 days annual leave plus bank holidaysOpportunities for personal development and career progressionPermanent (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home) If you have the relevant experience working for an Inbound travel company or DMC then please send your CV to [email protected]
