Who You Are:


We’re looking for our first full-time Retail Account Manager to join our team.


As the company's first retail partnership hire, you’ll embark on a journey with us and play a key role in our ambitious path to becoming an omnichannel global beauty leader.


You will manage and nurture our relationships with wholesale and retail partners such as Sephora, Boots, Selfridges, Douglas, and many more. Additionally, you will be instrumental in expanding our brand’s reach by identifying and securing new retail partners, ensuring that Hello Klean meets its store sales targets and enhancing brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities:


\t•\tManage day-to-day operations and communications with key retail accounts.

\t•\tDevelop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets at retail locations.

\t•\tIdentify and onboard new retail partners to expand Hello Klean’s presence.

\t•\tCoordinate with the marketing team to plan and implement retail-specific marketing campaigns and visual merchandising.

\t•\tMonitor sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies as necessary.

\t•\tPrepare the documentation and launch materials for new retail partners.

\t•\tArrange store staff training and educational material for in-store distribution.

\t•\tWork closely with retail partners to ensure optimal product placement and promotional activities.


Qualifications:


\t•\t3-5 years of experience in retail account management, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods sector.

\t•\tStrong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behaviour.

\t•\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.

\t•\tProactive, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
