Multi Trade Carpenter

Role: Multi Trade Operative - Carpenter Location: South London Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 (Basic Salary) Benefits: Fully Expensed Company Van 22 Days Annual Leave, Learning & Development Programme and many more benefits Overview: We are looking for a skilled Carpentry Biased Multi Trade Operative to join a leading Principle contractor within their Reactive Maintenance Team. You will focus on delivering high-quality maintenance services to residents in South London. You will be responsible for conducting various repair and renewal tasks as part of the social housing contracts. Key Responsibilities: * Carpentry Works * Basic Plumbing * Patch Plastering * Snagging Works * UPVC Window Repairs * Minor Tilling repairs to kitchens and bathrooms * Collaboratively working alongside operatives to finish repairs * Complete daily worksheets detailing the works completed and materials used for each job Requirements: * Holder of a full UK driving licence. * NVQ in Carpentry or equivalent * Strong communication skills. * Ability to solve problems and handle multiple tasks. * Ability to meet tight deadlines. * High standards of workmanship and productivity. * Dedication to delivering excellent customer service at all times.
